Is this a real offer, or a scam?
It's real. Take You on Vacation partners with resorts across Mexico that want to introduce their vacation programs. In exchange for 90 minutes of your time at a virtual preview, they provide this getaway as a gift. There's no obligation to buy anything, and every cost is disclosed upfront.
Do I have to buy anything at the presentation?
No. Attending and qualifying is all that's required to receive your certificate. Any decision to join a vacation program is entirely yours.
When will I receive my vacation certificate?
After you complete your 90-minute presentation, your advisor gives you the information needed to obtain your certificate. You then complete a short registration to activate it and begin planning your trip.
Can other family members or friends do this promotion too?
Yes — as long as they qualify (they meet the eligibility requirements and attend their own presentation). Each certificate is limited to one per household every 24 months.
Is transportation or airfare included?
No. Airfare and ground transportation are not included. Your certificate covers 4 nights of resort accommodations — you arrange your own travel to and from Mexico.
Do I need to attend with my spouse or partner?
Yes. If you're married or cohabiting, both partners must attend the 90-minute preview together to qualify.
What is the certificate worth?
Up to $699 in value.
What will I pay?
Your certificate covers the accommodations. Standard charges — a $19.95 redemption fee plus $149 total for the four-night stay — along with any taxes and fees are disclosed and paid to the fulfilling travel agency when you redeem. Extras like transportation, resort/property fees, upgrades, additional travelers, and incidentals aren't included.

How long do I have to travel?

By phone with an assigned travel agent, who helps you choose your destination and dates.
What do I need to have ready?
A valid government-issued photo ID and a major credit card (not a debit card) for verification.
Are there any other restrictions?
One certificate per household every 24 months; non-transferable after activation; cannot be combined with another promotional offer; available to English-speaking individuals.

What to expect on the day of your presentation
Once you've registered and qualified, you'll choose the date and time for your scheduled presentation. Because each advisor is assigned by appointment, please arrive on time and be ready to begin at your scheduled time.
Be ready for your appointment
Plan to join at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. That gives you room to connect to Zoom, check your audio and video, and complete check-in.

When you booked, you received a Zoom video link in your confirmation. When it's time, simply click it — you'll enter our virtual reception room first.
Check in with our receptionist
A receptionist will greet you and verify the information you provided at registration — this confirms your appointment and makes sure everything is ready.
Meet your personal advisor
Once your information is verified, you'll be connected with the advisor assigned specifically to your appointment — scheduled exclusively for you, which is why your time matters.
Your 90-minute presentation begins
Your 90 minutes begins once you're connected with your advisor. They'll walk you through the details, answer your questions, and show you the vacation program and its benefits. Please set aside the full 90 minutes without interruptions.
Receive your vacation certificate
After the presentation, your advisor makes sure you get the information needed to obtain your vacation certificate. Follow the instructions carefully to activate and use it.

Terms and Conditions
This certificate will be considered void if bartered or purchased for legal tender by the recipient. This certificate is valid for a reservation request form offering two adults and up to two children 11 years of age or younger up to 4 nights of Resort Accommodations in your choice of either Mazatlan, Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta or Cancun (Mayan Riviera), Mexico. You must redeem this certificate in order to activate the offer. Your cost to book the reservation is just taxes and fees for a total of $149. All reservations require a minimum of 30 days advance notice to book. This offer is only good for English speaking individuals. Departures and check ins are Sundays, Mondays or Tuesdays. The recipient of this certificate is responsible for all expenses including but not limited to: transfers, food, gratuities, all pertinent fees, Mexican Government taxes, hotel surcharges and any other miscellaneous expenses. After redemption please allow up to 7 days for processing. After we process your redemption we will email you the activated reservation form and direct phone number to your assigned travel agent. This certificate cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation offer. The expiration date on this certificate pertains only to activation of this certificate and not actual travel. You must activate this certificate by the expiration date printed on this certificate in order to access the reservation request form. Travel can be completed within 24 months after activation. Only one certificate can be activated per household every 24 months. This certificate has no cash surrender value, void if discontinued and where prohibited by law.
